2. Your Vision Planning Process (Optional but Highly Recommended)
1. Review our Vision Guide and Outfit Guide on your own, with your reps / colleagues, or with a trusted friend (once you book your photoshoot, we will email these to you)
2. Schedule your Vision Planning Call
3. During your Vision Planning Call, we will get to know you, review your target roles / audience, the type of shots you are aiming for, emotions, themes, character types, outfits, hair, makeup, what you like / don’t like about your old headshots, etc.
4. Based on your Vision Call, we will build a custom Vision Board and written Vision Proposal summarizing the plan for your shoot in both a visual and written format
3. Your Photoshoot
1. You’ll receive our Last Minute Prep Guide a couple days before your shoot so you can feel relaxed and ready to go on the day of your shoot
2. Upon arrival to the studio, you'll find a calm and relaxed environment designed for you to get your best looks
3. You'll receive expert expression coaching to achieve your best look
4. During your shoot, we'll review images as they are taken in real time, allowing for us to iterate and create the best images of you
4. Your Images
1. You’ll select your favorite images at the end of the shoot
2. Purchased images will be retouched and delivered to you in an online gallery within 5-7 days of payment. Rush options can be purchased if you need your shots ASAP!

How long is the session?
We offer 30 minute, 60 minute, and unlimited sessions to meet your needs.
Does each headshot session come with unlimited looks? What is a look?
Yes, you can get unlimited looks within the time frame of your session.
In headshot photography, a "look" refers to a distinct combination of wardrobe and expression. You are encouraged to bring multiple outfit options to capture different sides of you.
Where are you located?
Our studio is located at 136th St. and Frederick Douglass Blvd.
We are a quick 3 minute walk from the 135th St B/C Subway stop and a short 10 minute walk from the 135th St 2/3 Subway stop.
Do you offer retouching?
Absolutely! Retouching is included with each purchased image.
We focus on natural edits — preserving your look while removing distractions.
What is the typical turnaround time for receiving our retouched images?
Typical turnaround time for retouched images is 5-7 days after image selection.
We know that sometimes, you are in a hurry to get your retouched images.
We offer 2-3 day and 24-hour rush retouching options for an additional fee.
What is your availability for a photoshoot? How far ahead can I book my session?
Please check our booking calendars on our pricing page for our most up to date availability. You can generally book your session up to 2 months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. However, we understand that sometimes plans come together on shorter notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
Can I bring a friend, HMUA, coach, or relative to my photoshoot?
We've had coaches, agents, managers, friends, siblings, parents, and hair/makeup artists attend our studio during photoshoots. This is completely acceptable and allowed.
We've found that clients who receive the best results come on their own for their photoshoot.
We'd prefer to give you 100% of our attention during your photoshoot.
